The acquisition marks Ride Automotive’s first entry into the U.S. market and signals the group’s strategic expansion plans.
Robert Bayer, former President of Simi Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, has been a notable figure in the automotive industry for over 30 years, successfully managing multiple dealerships across the western United States.
