Meet Trish: The Newest Therapy Dog at Lakefront Family Dentistry
Lakefront Family Dentistry is excited to welcome Trish, a 1½-year-old crème-colored LabradorRetriever, as the newest member of its dental therapy dog team. Trish, originally trained with Guide Dogs of the Desert, has transitioned into a special role at the practice, providing comfort and stress relief to patients during their dental visits.
Trish joins Stella and Nilla, the office’s existing therapy dogs, in creating a calm, welcoming environment for patients of all ages. By offering a gentle, soothing presence, therapy dogs can help ease dental anxiety, reduce stress, and make visits more enjoyable—especially for younger patients or those with dental fears.
