Galactic Grounds Coffee has partnered with two highly regarded roasters, Temecula Coffee Roasters in California and Old Chicago Coffee Co., to roast and ship orders promptly. Whole beans are roasted and shipped the same day, while ground coffee is roasted on the day of the order and shipped the following day to allow time for proper off-gassing before sealing.
