Set in Daytona Beach, a location known for its natural beauty and expressive shoreline, this project reflects the vision of one of the top Daytona Beach architects. The home—a 10,000-square-foot composition—drifts instead of marches, resisting symmetry and traditional sequences. Volumes float past one another, while walls suggest boundaries without ever fully drawing them.
The sea is not framed—it enters.
Studio Khora’s approach to Minimalist Houses is not merely stylistic but conceptual. Form is distilled to reveal experience. Light and shadow become structure. Walls of microcement offer a velvety neutrality, while weather-resistant natural wood introduces a grounded tactility shaped by the elements. Minimalist glazing systems by Italian manufacturer La Finestra blur the line between shelter and sky, letting the sea breathe into every space.
