The CTGE (Chaoshan Textile and Garment Exhibition) is guided by the China National Textile and Apparel Council and jointly organized by the China Knitting Industrial Association and the Shantou Textile and Garment Industry Association, with support from various industry associations nationwide. It serves as a platform for showcasing, trading, and promoting the textile and garment industry brands, supply chains, new manufacturing techniques, new products, new materials, and emerging trends. Leveraging the great advantages of the Shantou textile and garment industry cluster, the event has attracted numerous enterprises from industry clusters across the country and both domestic and international buyers. It received an enthusiastic response and has now grown into the largest professional exhibition for intimate garment in China.
The 4th CTGE will be held from March 18th to 20th, 2025, with the theme of “Back to Chaoshan”. The exhibition covers an area of 130,000 square meters with 21 exhibition areas and 16 exhibition halls. More than 1,000 textile and garment enterprises from 17 industrial clusters in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Shandong, Fujian, Shantou, Jieyang, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Guangzhou, Foshan, Zhongshan, etc. will participate. Over 100 categories and 200,000 new products, ranging from yarn, fabrics accessories, to garment manufacturing, including 25.15% of bras, 18.91% of panties, 9.03% of thermal underwear, 8.82% of loungewear, and so on. This year’s CTGE aims to further integrate global resources, strengthen the “exhibition-first, factory-later, and exhibition-broadcast combination” model, and promote the deep integration of Shantou’s textile and garment industry with the global supply chain. It also seeks to contribute to the establishment of an industrial development pattern led by new energy, new materials, next-generation electronic information, textile and garment, toy innovation, and health industry.
During the exhibition, there will be more than 20 fashion shows, over 50 brand release shows, 5 themed forums, and 4 product selection matchmaking events. In addition, the “Red-Headed Boat” International Intimate Garment Design Competition, the “Red-Headed Boat” Textile and Garment Awards Ceremony, the Shantou International Intimate Apparel Fashion Week, China Home Fashion Culture Week, China Underwear Culture Festival and other activities will bring exhibitors and purchasers a grand event in the textile and garment industry that gathers national underwear, home wear, sweater enterprises, and global customers.
