“The Ordinary Life of Alex Bennet” has been released worldwide. This 108-page novel follows the titular character, Alex Bennett, as his mundane, disappointing life is turned upside down. Miserable with his work as an accountant and settled into his routines, Alex has a shocking encounter in a dark alley that changes everything.
With his experience disregarded as hallucinations by medical and law enforcement professionals, Alex soon discovers that he can see things others can’t, and embarks on an investigative journey that brings him into a grisly world of violence and intrigue. The deeper he explores, the more shocking the revelations become, and the further away his old life feels.
Combining fantasy, action, and mystery into a unique narrative that explores themes of self-reliance, ambition, and finding a sense of purpose, the author draws readers into a fast-paced thriller that reflects the uncertainty so many people face – and reminds them about the importance of pursuing dreams as the path to a fulfilling life.
This short novel is the continuation of an already promising literary career from Aryan Srinivasan, a young writer still in high school and actively engaged in encouraging others in his age group to pursue the arts. Aryan began writing at a young age, fell in love with the art of storytelling, and has since transformed his passion for the written word into several publications, a business that functions as a collective for young writers, and a newsletter that supports and educates up and coming wordsmiths.

This suspenseful, action-packed story transforms an ordinary life into one of adventure and unexpected twists, creating a compelling novel that sparks imagination page after page.
