Richard Davis is a graduate of the Porterville College psychiatric technology program and finished his baccalaureate degree at Fresno State. Mr Davis is a multifaceted writer and medical professional who has written numerous articles in the mental health field. Richard retired from State service from Porterville Developmental Center and Corcoran State Prison. He lives and writes in the Springville/Porterville/Strathmore area, California.
