Canadian-Australian singer-songwriter Robert Ross is set to release his highly anticipated new single, “Better With Time,” on January 17, 2025. The track, an emotional and poignant ode to aging and self-acceptance, is the follow-up to his #1 National Radio airplay chart hit, “Drink ‘Em Down.” It’s the title track from his forthcoming album.

Born and raised in the small towns of New Brunswick, Canada, Robert Ross’ music draws from his roots in traditional country and folk. Influenced by legends like Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Randy Travis, and Sawyer Brown, his heartfelt storytelling style reflects life’s struggles and triumphs. His 11-year military service, including 3.5 years overseas, deepened his understanding of resilience and human connection—key themes in his songs. After relocating to Australia in 2009 and becoming a citizen in 2014, Ross quickly made a name for himself on both Australian and global indie charts, with his debut album, “It’s Never Too Late,” earning multiple #1 hits and award nominations.
In November 2023, Ross moved to Nashville to work on his second album with Grammy award-winning producer Gil Grand.
