Advanced Neurology Specialists is led by Dr. Cory Lamar, who is triple board-certified in neurology, clinical neurophysiology, and epilepsy. Located at 730 Goodlette-Frank Rd N, Suite 205, Naples, inside the Brennan Medical Building, the Naples neurology practice serves patients in Naples and greater Collier County area.
Dr. Lamar is an epilepsy specialist who offers outpatient and ambulatory EEGs that patients can perform at home to maximize comfort. His practice offers comprehensive care to Collier County neurology patients with brain and nervous system conditions, including Parkinson’s and various body and head tremor disorders. He treats a wide variety of neurological conditions, including Parkinson’s disease, dementia, multiple sclerosis, headaches, concussions/TBI, and seizure disorders. He also provides stroke screening and prevention.

Dr. Lamar added, “I am a native Floridian and became fascinated with the complexity of the brain during a neuroscience course at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee.” After medical school, receiving his degree with high honors, Dr. Lamar completed his neurology residency and fellowship at Wake Forest Baptist Health in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
