Lahore, Pakistan – The largest developer conference in Pakistan, DevFest Lahore 2024, organized by the Google Developers Group (GDG) Lahore, brought together over 600 developers, Google experts, and industry leaders at the Ali Institute of Education for an unforgettable day of learning, collaboration, and innovation.
As the flagship annual event of GDG Lahore, DevFest Lahore focuses on equipping developers with the tools, knowledge, and connections they need to thrive in the fast-evolving tech landscape. This year, the conference delved into the latest advancements in Google technologies such as Gemini, Flutter, Android, and Keras, while also spotlighting the practical applications of Generative AI and machine learning.
Key Highlights of DevFest Lahore 2024:
Exclusive audience: Over 600 developers, primarily professionals, joined the conference to learn and network.
Expert speakers: 13 leading figures from Google, Stewart Pakistan, FlutterFlow, and other top local and international tech companies delivered insightful talks.
Hands-on workshops: Four interactive sessions allowed attendees to dive deeper into technologies like Flutter, FlutterFlow, Kotlin/Android, Gemini models, and Keras.
Trending topics: Open-source tools like GenC, LIT, and discussions on RAGs, Impeller, Cloud architectures, Kubernetes, and Jetpack Compose were among the main attractions.
