For the bending process of press brake machine, the quality of bending mainly depends on the two important parameters of the bending angle and size. When bending plate, we need to pay attention to the following aspects,in order to ensure the bending forming size and angle.
(1) The upper and bottom mold knives are not concentric, which will lead to errors in the bending dimensions. Before bending, the upper and lower mold knives need to be adjusted to the center.
(2) After the rear stopper moves left and right, the relative position of the sheet and the lower die may change, thus affecting the bending size. The position distance of the backstop needs to be re-measured before bending.
(3) Insufficient parallelism between the workpiece and the lower mold will cause bending rebound and affect the bending angle. The parallelism needs to be measured and adjusted before bending.
(4) When the primary bending angle is insufficient, the secondary bending will also be affected. The accumulation of bending errors will lead to an increase in the size and angle errors of the workpiece forming. Therefore, it is particularly important to ensure the accuracy of unilateral bending.
(5) When bending with press brake machine, the size of the V-shaped groove of the lower mold is inversely proportional to the bending pressure. When processing metal sheets of different thicknesses, it is necessary to select an appropriate V-shaped groove of the lower mold according to regulations, generally 6 to 8 times the plate thickness. More appropriate.
(6) When the workpiece is bent on the bending machine after creating the V-shaped groove, ensure that the edge of the upper mold, the bottom edge of the V-shaped groove of the workpiece and the bottom edge of the V-shaped groove of the lower mold are on the same vertical plane.
(7) When bending the grooved workpiece, in order to prevent tool clamping, the upper die angle should be controlled at about 84°.
(8)When processing one end of the press brake machine, that is, one side load, the bending pressure will be affected, and it is also a kind of damage to the machine tool, which is expressly prohibited. When assembling the mold, the middle part of the machine tool should always be stressed.
