As for credentials, Chancellor Mentz is the first lawyer in the world to earn a Doctor of Jurisprudence JD Degree, MBA Master of Business Administration degree, and an Graduate International Law Diploma Certificate from ABA and ACBSP Accredited Law and Business Schools while also earning law licenses, notary licenses, and Wall Street Investment advisor licenses of Series 7, 63 and 65. Mentz even has earned qualifications of ChMC Chartered Management Consultant, CWM Chartered Wealth Manager (Expert Trainer) from the GAFM/AAFM, and CFC Certified Financial Consultant, and registered as an MPM Master Project Manager Expert Trainer.

In his role as Chancellor, Counselor Mentz will serve as the Worldwide Anglican Church’s Chief Legal Officer, chairing the Jurisprudence Committee and acting as legal ambassador for religious freedoms and human rights and an advocate for the seminary. As the Church’s presiding legal authority, he will oversee its internal and international legal matters, representing its interests with governments, organizations, and other religious institutions. His expertise will address complex issues ranging from property rights to diplomatic agreements, navigating both secular and ecclesiastical law across 50 nations. Mentz’s experience includes teaching over 50 courses in professional ethics and philosophy.
Notably, Chancellor Mentz is also the Seigneur of the Fief de Blondel, one of the Channel Islands’ last remaining private territorial fiefs, with a history spanning nearly a millennium. His titles include Lord of Ennerdale and Stoborough, where he is actively engaged in conservation and stewardship, advocating for environmental protection of forests, waters, and heritage lands.
An award winning author, Mentz has published over 100 books and audiobooks, including 50 articles in major media in 2024 alone. His recent works cover topics ranging from economics to wealth management, advancing his research and influence in diplomacy, philosophy, and education. This year, Chancellor Mentz also allocated over a million dollars in scholarships and educational benefits for underserved communities across the Americas, Asia, and Africa. Under the leadership of Commissioner George Mentz, the Order of St. Benedict Celestines Est. 1244 Acronym (OSB Cel.) has been rejuvenated as both a dynastic and ecclesiastical institution. Mentz is a direct descendant of Charles de Valois who was instrumental in the founding of the OSB in conjunction with Pope Celestine. Mentz serves as the Chancellor and principal sponsor of the order, operating from the historic Fief of Blondel. His guidance reinforces the order’s mission, preserving its heritage and promoting spiritual and moral values.
