The International Knightly Order Valiant of St. George invites all to join with us in celebration of World Peace Day also known as the International Day of Peace and invites all nations to honor the cessation of hostilities during the day on September 21, 2024.

World Peace Day established by U.N. resolution in 1981 calls for global commemoration of strengthening the ideals of peace both within and among all nations and peoples.

The Order of St. George encourages all peoples to honor the day and put aside differences for the 24-hour period, in the effort to encourage and help establish peace among every nation, every person, and all faiths and political persuasions.

Please join us…

Additionally, the Order of St. George wishes peace and goodwill upon the day celebrated at the United Nations Headquarters where the Peace Bell is rung to remind all of the human cost of war and encourages the embrace of its inscription “Long live absolute world peace.”
